6.Poppy seeds (Gasagasalu)
16.Ginger garlic paste
1.Dry roast cloves,cardamom,cinnamon,poppy seeds,shahijeera and blend into a fine powder by adding coconut and green chilies.
2.Meanwhile heat some ghee in a pan, saute boiled eggs in ghee for few minutes by sprinkling some salt and chopped coriander leaves.
3.Heat some ghee in large pan,add bay leaf, marathi mogga,pepper corns,cashewnuts and saute for few minutes till cashew turns coloured.
4.Add finely sliced onions,sprinkle some salt and saute till golden,add curry leaves,mint leaves and ginger garlic paste,mix well.
5.Add ground paste to the pan,add 1 cup curd and mix well.Now add boiling water (3 1/2 cups) to the pan and bring it to boil,add some salt as per your taste.
6.Add measured and soaked to the boiling pan, stir well.Cover and cook for few minutes till rice becomes fluffy.
7.Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes, add coated and fried eggs to rice pan,toss gently.Cover and cook for another few minutes without flame and serve hot.
