Paneer Kabab

Ingredients:

1.Paneer
2.Coriander seeds
3.Cumin seeds
4.Pepper corns
5.Salt
6.Oil
7.Besan flour
8.Turmeric powder
9.Chaat masala powder
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Garam masala powder
12.Red chilli flakes
13.Hung yogurt
14.Coriander leaves
15.Lemon juice
16.Cashewnut powder
17.Onions
18.Capsicum
19.Tomatoes

Preparation:

1.Dry roast coriander seeds,cumin seeds,pepper corns till fragrant,transfer into mortar and pestle,roughly crush and keep aside.
2.Take
a bowl,add some oil,besan flour,turmeric powder,chaat masala
powder,salt,ginger garlic,garam masala powder,chilli flakes,yogurt,lime
juice,cashew nut powder and mix well evenly.
3.Cut paneer pieces into
square shapes and drop them into prepared mixture,coat well the pieces
all over and transfer onto a hot non stick pan.
4.In the same procedure mix capsicum,onion,tomatoes in the mixture and coat well.
5.Now
cook paneer on tawa by drizzling some hot oil on both sides
evenly,after done add coated veggies to the pan.Cook for few minutes and
sprinkle some masala powder,chaat masala powder and toss well,drizzle some lemon juice.Transfer
onto a plate and serve hot.
