Hyderabadi Keema

Ingredients:

1.Mutton Keema
2.Curd
3.Salt
4.Turmeric powder
5.Garlic paste
6.Oil
7.Cumin Seeds
8.Green Cardamoms
9.Black Cardamoms
10.Cloves
11.Cinnamon
12.Pepper corns
13.Onions
14.Ginger chopped
15.Green chillies
16.Red chilli powder
17.Coriander powder
18.Tomatoes
19.Boiled Egg
20.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Combine mutton keema,curd,salt,turmeric powder,garlic paste.Mix well all the ingredients and set aside for 1 hour.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,cardamoms,cinnamon,pepper corns,onions and saute for a minute till golden.
3.Add chopped ginger,green chillies,red chilli powder,coriander powder.Mix well and saute for a minute.Add chopped tomatoes and saute till soft and pulpy.
4.Add marinated keema,cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes or till  mince is done.
5.Once done garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
