Mysore Masala Dosa

Ingredients
:

1.Capsicum
2.Tomatoes
3.Onions
4.Salt
5.Sambar masala
6.Green chillies
7.Boiled and mashed potato
8.Curry leaves
9.Coconut chutney
10.Coriander leaves
11.Butter
12.Cheese
13.Dosa batter

Preparation
:


1.Heat some butter in a pan,add curry leaves and onions,saute till onions are soft and translucent.
2.Add finely chopped capsicum,tomatoes,green chillies,salt,sambar powder and mix well till tomatoes are nice and soft.
3.Add boiled and mashed potato and give it a good mix,add coconut chutney,coriander leaves and mix well evenly.Keep aside.
4.Heat a non stick dosa pan, spread laddle full of dosa batter in circular motion,spread some butter,prepared filling and spread around dosa.
5.Cook for few minutes,flip the dosa,garnish with grated cheese.Serve hot.
