Mutton Chop Saagwal

Ingredients:

1.Mutton chops
2.Spinach puree
3.Turmeric powder
4.Salt
5.Curd
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Ghee
8.Onions finely chopped
9.Tomatoes chopped
10.Coriander powder
11.Cumin powder
12.Garam masala powder
13.Red chilli powder
14.Pudina leaves
15.Coriander leaves
16.Lemon juice
17.Green chilli chopped
18.Fresh cream for garnishing

Preparation
:


1.Take mutton chops in a bowl, add salt,curd, turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well,marinade aside for 10-15 min.
2.Heat some ghee in a pressure pan,add onions and saute till soft.
3.Add tomatoes and mix well, add cumin powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder and mix well for a minute.
4.Add marinated mutton chops and cook on high heat. Add 1 cup of water and mix well.Cover and pressure cook for 1 whistle and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
5.Release the pressure and put it back on heat.
6.Add spinach puree,coriander,pudina leaves and mix well.Add lemon juice,salt,green chilli and give it a good mix.Cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes.
7.Serve hot with garnished fresh cream.
