Egg Dosa

Ingredients:

1.Eggs
2.Urad dal batter
3.Maida
4.Rice flour
5.Salt
6.Baking powder
7.Honey
8.Gun powder
9.Onions
10.Tomatoes chopped
11.Green chillies

Preparation
:


1.Take a bowl, combine urad dal batter,rice flour,maida,salt,baking powder,honey and mix well all the ingredients by adding some water,prepare a smooth consistency dosa batter.
2.Now heat a non stick tawa, pour 1 laddle full of batter and spread it evenly, break 1 egg and spread evenly.
3.Sprinkle some gun powder,onions,green chillies,tomatoes and drizzle some oil around dosa.Add 1 tbsp full of curry on top of dosa.
4.Cook on medium heat, avoid over heat. Gently flip the dosa and roll it, serve hot with prepared curry or chutney.
