Elaichi Chicken

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Cardamom
3.Oil
4.Ginger Juliennes
5.Coriander powder
6.Salt
7.Crushed pepper corns
8.Curd
9.Coriander sprigs

Preparation:


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add crushed cardamoms and saute for a minute.
2.Place chicken pieces on top and sear on both sides evenly,add ginger juliennes,coriander powder,salt,crushed pepper corns and mix well.
3.Add little amount of water and cook till chicken is all done.Add curd and mix well,cook till curd dries up.Once done sprinkle chopped coriander sprigs and serve hot.
