Fried Custard


1.Refined flour (Maida)
2.Corn flour
3.Castor sugar
4.Cinnamon powder
6.Cinnamon stick
7.Almond slivers
8.Almond essence
9.Eggs 2


1.Combine maida,corn flour,castor sugar,cinnamon powder and mix well.
2.Add milk and mix well till it attains thick batter consistency,keep aside for 5 minutes.
3.Heat remaining milk and bring it to boil by adding cinnamon stick.Add almond essence,almond slivers to batter and mix well.
4.Switch off the flame and remove cinnamon,cool to room temperature.Add batter to pan and mix well,Switch on the heat and mix well till mixture thickens.
5.Switch off the flame and pour the mixture into silicon cup cakes and refrigerate till set.
6.Demould custard and set aside,Break eggs and whisk well.
7.Heat non stick pan,dust the custard with some flour,dip in egg and place them on hot pan.Cook till golden on both sides.Drain on absorbent napkin.
8.Place custards on a plate,drizzle honey,cinnamon powder,almond slivers and serve warm.
