2.Spring Onions
4.Coriander leaves
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Garam masala powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
12.Green chillies
13.Coconut powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add spring onions,coriander,pudina leaves and saute for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
2.Now blend into a fine paste along with green chillies and keep aside.Heat some oil in another pan,add onions and fry for few minutes till light brown colour.
3.Add turmeric,salt,ginger garlic paste,ground masala paste and fry for few minutes.
4.Add mutton pieces and mix well,coat well all masalas to mutton.Cook for few minutes till mutton is half cooked.Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,sufficient water required for gravy consistency.
5.Add coconut powder and give it a stir,cover and cook for 10 minutes till its done.Serve hot.
