Moong Dal and Spinach Idli

Ingredients:

1.Moong dal
2.Spinach
3.Green chillies
4.Curd
5.Salt
6.Fruit salt
7.Oil

Preparation:


1.Combine moong dal,spinach,green chillies and blend in a blender jar into a fine paste by adding some water.
2.Transfer into a bowl,add curd,salt and mix well.
3.Just before steaming add fruit salt,2 tbsp water and mix well.
4.Grease idli moulds with oil,pour spoonful of batter in moulds,steam for about 10-12 minutes till idlis are cooked.
5.Demould idlis and serve hot with sambhar or chutney.
