Chicken Swiss Roll


1.Chicken breast
2.Bread slices
3.Red chilli powder
4.Ginger garlic paste
6.Cumin powder
7.Coriander powder
8.Oil for deep frying
9.Garam masala powder
10.Coriander leaves


1.Cut chicken breast into small pieces and place in a bowl,add salt,red chilli powder,coriander leaves,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder,coriander powder,cumin powder.Mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
2.Remove edges of bread slices and flatten them with a rolling pin.Place chicken mixture in bread slices and roll it tightly with tooth pick.
3.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,add rolls to oil and deep fry till nice golden colour,remove from pan,set aside on absorbent napkin.Discard tooth picks and serve hot.
