7.Split Black Gram
15.Crushed Black pepper corns
1.Heat some oil in a pan, add coconut,red chillies,bay leaf,cinnamon,coriander seeds,split black gram dal,green cardamom,cumin seeds roast till nice fragrant.
2.Remove from heat and let the mixture to cool down,blend into a fine paste by adding sufficient water.
3.Heat oil in a non stick pan,add mustard seeds,garlic and saute till golden colour.
4.Add onions,curry leaves,saute till golden colour.Add mushrooms and toss well.
5.Add salt,cook for 3-4 minutes.Add ground paste,crushed pepper,coriander leaves and mix well.
6.Add little amount of water and cook for a minute.Serve hot.
