Cheesy Stuffed Mushroom


2.Garlic cloves
3.Oil for deep frying
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander leaves
8.Pepper powder
11.Bread crumbs


1.Remove stem from mushrooms and chop them.Make a cavity in each mushroom cap with tip of a knife,set aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add garlic,onions and saute till onions are translucent.Add mushroom stems,green chillies and cook till moisture evaporates.
3.Add coriander leaves,salt,pepper powder,saute for a minute.Remove from heat and add cheese,mix well.
4.Stuff the mushroom caps with this mixture.Take maida in a bowl,add sufficient water to make a batter consistency mixture.Add salt and mix well.
5.Spread bread crumbs in a plate,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Dip mushrooms in batter and coat well with bread crumbs,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.Serve hot.
