Bachali Koora Chinthakaya Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Bachali koora
2.Chinthakayalu
3.Onions
4.Tempering seeds
5.Red chillies
6.Curry leaves
7.Salt to taste
8.Red chilli powder
9.Garlic cloves
10.Coriander powder
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil chinthakayalu in water and remove the pulp,keep aside in a bowl.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,garlic cloves roughly crushed,curry leaves and saute.
3.Add onions and mix well,fry for few minutes till onions are fried,add bachali koora and saute till moisture oozes out.
4.Add salt,turmeric,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Cook for few minutes.
5.Add chinthakaya juice and mix well,cook for another few minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
