1.Nethi Beerakaya
2.Besan flour
3.Vaamu (Carom Seeds)
4.Coriander powder
5.Red chilli powder
6.Cooking soda
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Cumin seeds
10.Oil for deep frying


1.Wash and peel of nethi beerakaya,cut them into circles and keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add besan flour,carom seeds,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,cooking soda and mix well with sufficient water.
3.Meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now dip beerakaya slices in besan batter and gently drop them in hot oil,deep fry till nice golden colour.Serve hot.
