Mushroom and Babycorn Biryani

Ingredients:

1.Baby corn
2.Mushrooms
3.Basmati rice
4.Pepper corns
5.Bay leaves
6.Cardamom
7.Caraway seeds
8.Saffron strands
9.Ghee
10.Cloves
11.Onions
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Fresh cream
14.Butter
15.Salt
16.Coriander powder
17.Red chilli powder
18.Turmeric powder
19.Curd
20.Garam masala powder
21.Mint leaves
22.Coriander leaves
23.Kewda water
24.Tomato puree.
25.Fried onions

Preparation
:


1.Heat sufficient water in a deep non stick pan,add ghee,bay leaves,saffron strands,pepper corns,bay leaves,cardamom,caraway seeds and mix well.
2.Add rice and mix gently,cook till rice is 3/4 done.Remove from heat and spread the rice on a tray.
3.Heat some ghee in a pan,add remaining ingredients caraway,pepper,cardamom,cloves,bay leaves and mix well.
4.Add onions and saute till nice golden brown colour,add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
5.Add tomato puree and mix well.Combine cream,butter,saffron strands and mix well.Set aside.
6.Add baby corn,mushrooms and mix well,add turmeric,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.
7.Add garam masala powder,curd,coriander,mint leaves and mix well.Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.Spread prepared rice on top and drizzle butter,kewra water.
8.Sprinkle some coriander,mint leaves,fried onions on top.Cover and cook for  10-15 minutes till its done.Serve hot.
