Green Masala Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Coriander leaves
3.Pudina leaves
4.Oil
5.Bay leaf
6.Cloves
7.Pepper corns
8.Cardamoms
9.Green chillies
10.Cinnamon
11.Poppy seeds
12.Cashew nuts
13.Star anise
14.Coriander seeds
15.Fennel seeds
16.Shahijeera
17.Garlic cloves
18.Ginger
19.Onions
20.Red chilli powder
21.Salt
22.Turmeric powder
23.Curd

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add bay leaf,cloves,cardamom,pepper corns,tomatoes and mix well.Cook for around 5-6 minutes.
2.Grind coriander,mint leaves,cashew nuts,poppy seeds,garlic,green chilli,star anise,fennel seeds,cloves,shahijeera,ginger,onions into a thick paste by adding sufficient water.
3.Marinate chicken with curd,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt.Set aside for 1 hour.
4.Add ground paste to the pan and saute for 8-10 minutes,till oil separates from mixture.
5.Add marinated chicken,mix well cook on high heat for 4-5 minutes.Reduce heat, add sufficient water.Cover and cook the mixture till chicken is cooked.Serve hot.
