Egg Dal Tadka

Ingredients:

1.Eggs
2.Toor dal
3.Salt to taste
4.Turmeric powder
5.Ginger,Garlic chopped
6.Onions
7.Green chillies
8.Coriander leaves
9.Fenu greek leaves
10.Red chillies
11.Tomatoes
12.Garam masala powder
13.Red chilli powder
14.Butter

Preparation:

1.Pressure cook toor dal by adding sufficient water,some turmeric powder,salt and cook for 2-3 whistles.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add chopped ginger,garlic and saute for few seconds.
3.Add onions and saute till golden brown colour.In a bowl break eggs,add onion,salt,green chillies,coriander leaves and whisk well.
4.Add red chillies,green chillies to the pan and mix well.Add fenugreek leaves,tomatoes and mix well,cook till tomatoes are soft and pulpy.
5.Add garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well.Add egg mixture and scramble,Add cooked toor dal and mix well.
6.Bring it to boil,garnish with chopped coriander leaves and butter.
