Mushroom and Cheese Stuffed Omelette

Ingredients:

1.Eggs
2.Mushrooms
3.Processed Cheese
4.Mozzarella Cheese
5.Oil
6.Garlic
7.Onions
8.Salt
9.Pepper powder to taste
10.Dried Oregano
11.Chopped Parsley
12.Milk

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add garlic chopped and saute till light brown colour.
2.Add onions and saute till brown,add mushrooms and saute well.
3.Add salt,crushed pepper,oregano and mix well,cook for 2 minutes.
4.Transfer mixture into a bowl,Add processed cheese,mozzarella cheese and mix well.
5.Add chopped parsley and mix well.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan.
6.Break eggs in a bowl,add crushed pepper,salt,oregano,parsley,milk and mix well.
7.Pour egg mixture and spread all over the pan,Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
8.Add mushroom mixture on one side and cook for a minute,once done fold the other half and press lightly.Serve hot.
