Beerakaya Ulli Karam Koora

Ingredients:

1.Beerakaya
2.Onions
3.Urad dal
4.Chana dal
5.Green chillies
6.Coriander seeds
7.Urad dal
8.Chana dal
9.Cumin seeds
10.Curry leaves
11.Mustard seeds
12.Oil
13.Salt to taste
14.Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan add chana dal,urad dal,cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
2.Add beerakaya pieces,salt and fry for 5 min by covering with a lid.
3.Add ullikaram (onions,green chillies,coriander seeds) and mix well.Cover and cook for another few minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
