Pan Roast Chicken

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Ginger garlic green chilli paste
3.Turmeric powder
4.Red chilli powder
5.Schezuan sauce
6.Salt
7.Curd
8.Oil
9.Onion rings for garnishing

Preparation
:


1.Marinate chicken along with ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,schezuan sauce,salt,curd and mix well.Set aside for 10 minutes.
2.Heat some oil in a shallow non stick pan,add marinated chicken pieces and shallow fry till outer part of chicken pieces is crisp.
3.Turn over the pieces in between and cook well.Once done serve hot with garnished onions and lemon wedges.
