Ingredients:


1.Chicken
2.Curd
3.Lemon juice
4.Salt
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Coriander powder
7.Garam masala powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Oil
11.Onion
12.Pudina leaves

Preparation:

1.Heat sufficient water in a pan,add chicken cubes and bring it to boil till chicken colour changes,strain the remaining water.
2.Take chicken cubes in a bowl,add curd,lemon juice,salt,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix all the ingredients evenly and set aside to marinate.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute till golden brown colour,add marinated chicken and cook till chicken is done,mixture is dry.Garnish with pudina leaves and serve hot.
