Chinthakaya Mixed Vegetable Bath

Ingredients:

1.Chinthakayalu
2.Carrot
3.Potatoes
4.Peanuts
5.Drumsticks
6.Toor dal
7.Urad dal
8.Chana dal
9.Brinjal
10.Dondakayalu
11.Green chillies
12.Cloves
13.Cinnamon
14.Red chillies
15.Oil
16.Coriander seeds
17.Dry coconut powder
18.Salt to taste
19.Turmeric powder
20.Curry leaves
21.Ghee
22.Marathi mogga
23.Mustard seeds
24.Hing

Preparation:

1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add chan dal,urad dal,coriander seeds,red chillies,cloves,cinnamon,marathi mogga and saute for few minutes till light brown colour.
2.Switch off the flame and add dry coconut powder,rest aside the mixture to cool down and blend into a fine powder.
3.Heat some ghee in a pressure pan,add mustard,hing,curry leaves,carrot,dondakayalu,drumsticks,brinjal,potatoes,green chillies,peanuts and fry for few minutes.
4.Add ground powder,salt,turmeric powder,chinthakaya pulp or juice and mix well.Now add boiled and cooked toor dal and give it a mix.
5.Add soaked rice to the pan and mix well evenly.Add some required water to cook the mixture.
6.Cook for 2 whistles,transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
