1.Boti (Lamb Gizzard)
2.Red Chilli Powder
4.Coriander Powder
5.Coconut Powder
6.Green Chillies
7.Curry Leaves
8.Mint Leaves
10.Chana Dal
11.Tamarind Paste
12.Ginger garlic paste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions and saute for few minutes,add pudina,curry leaves and saute for another few seconds.
2.Add green chillies slitted,ginger garlic paste,tomatoes and fry for a minute.
3.Meanwhile blend soaked rice and chana dal along with cloves,cinnamon stick.Blend into a fine paste.
4.Add tamarind paste to frying pan,Add blended paste and mix well.Add finely washed boti and fry for few minutes.
5.Add coconut powder and saute for few seconds,add some water as required,cover and cook for 10 minutes till done.
6.Add salt and mix well,add roasted cumin,fenugreek powder and give it a good mix.Finally transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
