Chilli Chicken

Ingredients:


1.Boneless Skinless Chicken
2.Salt
3.Pepper
4.Cornstarch
5.Dry Red Chillies
6.Oil
7.Ginger
8.Garlic
9.Green Chillies
10.Onion
11.Red Bell Pepper
12.Yellow Bell Pepper
13.Green Bell Pepper
14.Soya Sauce
15.Sambal or Chilli Sauce
16.White Vinegar
17.Spring Onions

Preparation:

1.Wash the chicken well and lightly sprinkle Salt, Pepper and Cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add chicken pieces and fry till chicken is all done.
3.In the same Oil, add in the chopped Dry Red Chillies and cook for 30 seconds.
4.Add in the Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies, mix and cook for a minute.Add in the Onion and the Bell-Pepper and cook for another minute
5.Add in the Soy Sauce, Chilli Sauce and the Vinegar. Mix well.Add the Chicken,Cook until the sauce coats the Chicken and the Vegetables.
6.Once done, turn off the flame and add in the Spring Onions.Serve Hot.
