Chicken in a Foil

Ingredients:

1.Chicken
2.Ginger garlic paste
3.Red chilli powder
4.Salt
5.Lemon juice
6.Red chillies
7.Coriander seeds
8.Pepper corns
9.Cloves
10.Cumin seeds
11.Cardamom
12.Capsicum
13.Onions
14.Tomatoes
15.Ginger
16.Garlic
17.Oil
18.Silver foil

Preparation:

1.Preheat oven at 180 degrees C.
2.Make slits to chicken breasts,Take a bowl combine ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,lemon juice,salt.
3.Marinate chicken breast for about for 5 min.
4.Heat a non stick pan,add coriander seeds,cumin seeds,cloves,cardamom,red chillies and dry roast till fragrant.
5.Deseed capsicum,tomato,onion and cut into juliennes.
6.Blend dry roasted spices along with ginger,garlic add some water as required till turns into coarse paste.
7.Add the above mixture to marinated chicken and mix well.Marinate for about 10 min.
8.Heat
some oil in a pan,add chopped garlic and saute for 15 sec,add onions
and saute till translucent.Add tomatoes and saute for few seconds.
9.Add some salt,red chilli powder and toss well.Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves chopped.
10.Spread
aluminium foil,place marinated chicken and spread tossed veggies on top
and wrap it firmly.Bake for 15-20 minutes till chicken is done.Remove
from oven and cut into bite size pieces and serve hot.
