Ingredients:

1.Kabuli chana
2.Coriander leaves
3.Ginger
4.Maida
5.Green chillies
6.Cumin seeds
7.Red chillies
8.Salt to taste
9.Oil

Preparation:

1.Blend soaked and cooked kabuli chana along with coriander leaves,green chillies,ginger,red chillies,maida,cumin seeds,salt and blend into a coarse paste with some water.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small vadas with mixture and keep aside in a separate plate.
3.Now deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
