Keema Vegetable Egg Curry

Ingredients
:

1.Keema
2.Carrot
3.Potatoes
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Pudina
6.Capsicum
7.Salt
8.Oil
9.Onions
10.Green chillies
11.Coriander powder
12.Bay leaf
13.Fenugreek leaves
14.Garlic
15.Green peas
16.Mace
17.Star Anise
18.Coriander leaves
19.Ghee
20.Garam masala powder
21.Turmeric powder
22.Red chilli powder

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil,ghee in a pressure pan,add onions,green chillies,marinated keema along with some turmeric,red chilli powder and salt.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well.
3.Add mace,star anise,salt,potatoes,carrot,garlic,green peas,capsicum and mix well.
4.Add garam masala powder,some water as required,pressure cook for 3 whistles till done.
5.Remove the lid,garnish with coriander leaves,pudina,fenugreek leaves,boiled eggs and give a gentle mix.
6.Stir occasionally and transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
