Chickpeas and Spinach Kofta


1.Chick peas
3.Cumin powder
4.Paprika powder
6.Olive oil
7.Besan flour
9.Tahini paste
10.Coriander leaves
11.Lemon juice


1.Place chickpeas,cumin powder,paprika powder,salt and blend into a coarse mixture.
2.Transfer blended mixture into a bowl.
3.Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,add spinach leaves and saute for a minute,remove from heat,cool down for few minutes and finely chop.
4.Add chopped spinach to chickpeas mixture and mix well along with besan flour.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,meanwhile prepare kofthas with chickpeas mixture and saute in oil till nice golden colour.
6.For dipping,combine curd,tahini paste,salt,coriander leaves,lemon juice and mix well.Serve hot with dipping.
