Nethi Beerakaya Pesarapappu Curry

Ingredients:

1.Nethi Birakayalu
2.Moong dal
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Red chillies
6.Garlic cloves
7.Curry leaves
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Cumin seeds
12.Mustard seeds
13.Chana dal
14.Coriander leaves
15.Ginger garlic paste
16.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add red chillies,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,chana dal,curry leaves and saute.
2.Add onions and fry till brown colour,add turmeric powder,nethibirakayalu pieces and mix well.
3.Cover and cook till tender,add salt,now add soaked moong dal and mix well.Cover and cook for another few minutes.
4.Add red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste and mix well evenly.Add garlic cloves and give it a good mix.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
