Chocolate Rum Balls


1.Dark Chocolate Sponge
4.Dark Chocolate
5.Rum or Rum Essence
6.Condensed Milk
7.Icing Sugar
8.Coloured Sprinkles


1.Blend dark chocolate sponge into a fine powder,transfer into a bowl.
2.Add condensed milk,melted dark chocolate,walnuts,rum essence,butter and mix well.
3.Now dust your palms with some icing sugar,prepare round balls with prepared mixture.
4.Refrigerate balls for 1/2 hour,meanwhile melt dark chocolate in microwave for few minutes,mix well without any lumps.
5.Now dip balls in melted chocolate,keep aside in a plate,sprinkle coloured sprinkles.Refrigerate for 4-5 minutes and serve.
