Raw Banana Fritters


1.Raw Banana
2.Turmeric powder
3.Salt to taste
4.Curry leaves
5.Red chilli powder
6.Coriander powder
7.Rice flour
8.Tamarind pulp
9.Oil for shallow frying


1.Peel,slice and boil raw bananas by adding some salt,turmeric powder for 5 minutes,rest aside to cool down.
2.Combine curry leaves,red chilli powder,coriander powder,rice flour,oil,tamarind pulp and mix well.
3.Apply this mixture to raw banana slices and  rest aside for 15 minutes.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,shallow fry banana slices till crisp and golden colour on both sides.
5.Once done transfer onto a paper napkin,serve hot.
