Ragi and Coriander Uttapa

Ingredients:

1.Raagi flour
2.Rice flour
3.Onions
4.Coriander
5.Curd
6.Green chillies
7.Salt
8.Mustard seeds
9.Cumin seeds
10.Curry leaves
11.Hing

Preparation
:


1.Combine raagi flour,rice flour,coriander,curd,salt,green chillies and some water as required.Prepare a smooth batter and keep aside for 2 hours for fermenting.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard and saute when the seeds start crackling add curry leaves,hing.
3.Pour tempering mixture on batter and mix well.
4.Heat non stick tawa,drizzle some oil.Pour 1 spoonful of batter on tawa and spread evenly.
5.Cook on both sides till done,serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
