Peanut Crusted Pomfret


1.Roasted Peanuts
2.Pomfret Fish
3.Red chillies
4.Garlic cloves
7.Fish Sauce
8.Rice Vinegar
9.Onion Bulbs
11.Lemon juice
12.Red chilli flakes
14.Olive oil


1.Firstly crush red chillies,salt,sugar,garlic in mortar,into a coarse paste.
2.Add fish sauce,rice vinegar,spring onion bulbs,coriander,lemon juice and pound well.
3.Transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep aside.
4.In the same mortar add roasted peanuts,lemon juice,coriander,salt,red chilli flakes and pound well.Transfer mixture onto a plate.
5.Break eggs in bowl,add fish sauce and whisk well.
6.Heat some olive oil in a non stick pan,now dip pomfret fish in egg mixture and coat well with peanuts.
7.Cook on both sides evenly till done,transfer onto a paper napkin,remove excess oil,serve hot with prepared dip.
