Ingredients:


1.Chicken
2.Methi chopped
3.Ginger
4.Garlic cloves
5.Green Chilli
6.Curd
7.Salt to taste
8.Coriander
9.Ghee
10.Onion fried
11.Bay leaves
12.Coriander powder
13.Cumin powder
14.Mace
15.Turmeric
16.Cardamom

Preparation:

1.Take a blender and add ginger, garlic and green chilli make a coarse paste.
2.Take a bowl add ground ginger garlic paste,green chillies,turmeric,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt,fried onions and curd,chicken.
3.Mix well all the ingredients,refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
4.Heat some ghee in a pan, add bay leaf, mace, cardamom, Slightly roasted fresh methi leaves.
5.Now add marinated chicken pieces and mix well,add some water as required and cook till done.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
