Lamb Fry - Chettinad Uppu Kari

Ingredients:

1.Lamb meat
2.Pearl onion
3.Garlic
4.Crushed ginger
5.Red chillies
6.Tomato
7.Salt
8.Oil
9.Fennel seeds
10.Curry leaves

Preparation:

1.Wash and clean mutton thoroughly and keep aside.
2.In a pressure cooker add the crushed ginger, onion and garlic pieces. Saute it well.
3.Add the tomato pieces and saute it, then add the meat along with
turmeric powder, salt and saute well for 6-7 minutes in low flame.
4.Once done add water and cook for about 4 whistles.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add curry leaves,red chillies and saute for a minute.
6.Once pressure releases add mutton to frying pan,saute till all moisture evaporates.
7.Once done serve hot with rice or roti.
