Ingredients:

1.Eggs
2.Spinach
3.Coriander
4.Mint leaves
5.Ginger
6.Garlic
7.Green chillies
8.Onions chopped
9.Nut meg powder
10.Salt
11.Turmeric
12.Ginger garlic paste
13.Tomatoes
14.Coriander powder
15.Cumin powder
16.Red chilli powder
17.Butter
18.Garam masala powder

Preparation:

1.Blanch spinach leaves in water,boil for few minutes and strain the water.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger,garlic,green chillies,onions,pudina,coriander,nut meg powder and saute for a minute.
3.Add boiled spinach and blend into a fine paste.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add onions,salt and saute till golden colour,add turmeric,ginger garlic paste and cook till raw flavour is gone.
5.Add tomatoes,garam masala powder,red chilli and mix well.Cover and cook till tomatoes are mashed well.
6.Add some water as required,add spinach paste and mix well.Add butter,garam masala powder and mix well.
7.Cook for few minutes add fried boiled eggs in butter,add to gravy and stir well.Serve hot.
