2.Ginger Grated
3.Garlic Crushed
4.Coriander Finely Chopped
5.Carom seeds
6.Gram Flour
7.Red Chilli Powder
8.Turmeric Powder
9.Garam Masala


1.Take paneer and cut into finger size pieces.
2.Take a bowl add flour,salt,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,ajwain,garam masala,tandoori masala and mix it well.
3.Sprinkle some water as required,add some oil and give it a mix.
4.Use 2 tbsp mixture to marinate onions,rest to marinate paneer cubes.
5.Marinate paneer cubes for about 10 minutes.
6.Once done either fry pieces or grill on skewers till crisp.
7.Heat some oil in a pan,add marinated onions,remaining paste,saute till brown colour.
8.Cook till dry,add fried paneer cubes,chilli powder,anardana powder,sugar,salt and toss well.
9.Finally garnish with coriander leaves,swerve hot with mint chutney.
