Instant Noodle Spring Roll


2.Cabbage shredded
5.Spring roll sheets
6.Red chilli sauce
7.Soya sauce
8.Garlic chopped
9.Ginger chopped
10.White Pepper powder
13.Oil for deep frying


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add ginger and garlic,saute.
2.Add cabbage,carrot and capsicum,toss well.
3.Add white pepper powder,soya sauce,salt,red chilli sauce,vinegar and mix well.
4.Cook on high heat till moisture evaporates,add cooked noodles and toss well.
5.Make a thick paste by dissolving maida in water,heat oil for deep frying.
6.Place spring roll sheet on a flat surface,place noodles mixture in center,apply some maida paste on edges of sheets and start rolling in a cylindrical shape.
7.Once done drop the rolls in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Drain on absorbent napkin and cut into halfs,serve hot.
