Ingredients
:

1.Fenugreek leaves
2.Boiled green peas
3.Curd
4.Milk
5.Besan flour
6.Oil
7.Cumin seeds
8.Kasoori methi
9.Garam masala powder
10.Salt
11.Onions
12.Cauliflower
13.Ginger
14.Garlic
15.Cinnamon
16.Cloves

Preparation:

1.Take a pan combine onions,cauliflower,ginger,garlic,cloves,cinnamon,milk and bring it to boil for few minutes till onions get soft.
2.Switch off the flame and allow the mixture cool down,blend into a fine paste.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,kasoori methi and saute for 30 seconds.
4.Add fenugreek leaves and saute for 1- 2 minutes,now add prepared cauliflower paste,milk,curd,besan flour mixture and mix well.
5.Cook for 2 minutes and stir occasionally.Add salt,garam masala powder and mix well,cook for a minute.
6.Now add 1/2 cup water and cook for 1-2 minutes.Finally add green peas and mix well,cook for another 1 minute and its ready to serve.
