Multi-Grain Adai Dosa


2.Toor dal
3.Chana dal
4.Dried red chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Urad dal
7.Moong dal
8.Masoor dal
10.Salt to taste


1.Wash lentils in a bowl,mix well above said ingredients(curry leaves,red chillies,hing,salt).Soak for 3 hours and blend into a coarse paste.
2.Drop some amount of lentil mixture on hot tawa,tap it with your hand thoroughly all around.
3.Drizzle some oil around the adai,make some holes in middle and drizzle few drops of oil.
4.Cover and cook for 2 min,flip another side and cook for another few minutes till done.Serve hot (Note:This batter can be used thinner or thicker)
