Chicken Stuffed Parantha

Ingredients:

1.Chicken mince
2.Maida
3.Oil
4.Ginger garlic paste
5.Carom seeds
6.Garam masala powder
7.Pudina leaves
8.Salt to taste

Preparation:


1.Heat some oil in non-stick pan add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1/2 minute.
2.Add carom seeds,garam masala powder and mix well.Now add minced chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
3.Add mint leaves,salt and mix well.Cook till chicken is fully done,set aside in a separate bowl.
4.Prepare
a smooth dough with maida by adding salt,oil and required water.Knead
well into a fine dough.Divide the dough into equal portions.
5.Heat
some oil in a non stick tawa,roll the dough balls into small thin
parathas,place some chicken mixture and spread it all over.Place another
oil greased paratha on top of it and seal it well.
6.Place it on hot
tawa and cook till nice golden colour and once done cut into a
triangles,place it onto a serving plate,garnish with pudina leaves and
serve hot.
