Baked Tandoori Chicken Strips


2.Bread crumbs
3.Salt to taste
4.Tandoori masala powder or any masalas prefered


1.Wash and clean the chicken breast pieces,pat dry the pieces with paper towel.
2.Place the chicken pieces in a plate,sprinkle some tandoori masala powder on chicken and rub,repeat the same process on other side.
3.Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees C/218 F.
4.Grease the baking sheet lightly with some butter,meanwhile melt some butter in a bowl and set aside.
5.Mix tandoori masala powder,salt along with bread crumbs and set aside.
6.Now take chicken a). dip in butter b). coat with bread crumbs and set aside in greased baking sheet.Repeat the same process till chicken is all done.
7.Place the baking tray in oven and bake for 10 min,flip in between and bake for another 10 min,once done serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
