2.Tomato puree
4.Water melon seeds
5.Cashew nuts
6.Poppy seeds
7.Fried onions
8.Garam masala (Bay leaf,Cloves,Cinnamon stick,Cardamom)
9.Cumin seeds
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Coriander powder
12.Cumin powder
13.Turmeric powder
14.Red chilli powder


1.Boil almonds,water melon seeds,cashew nuts,poppy seeds for 25 min in water and later blend into a fine paste.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masala,cumin seeds,ginger garlic paste,tomato puree and saute for a minute.
3.Add ground paste,coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and mix well,cover and cook for few minutes.
4.Once done add curd and mix well,cover and cook for 20-25 minutes till gravy thickens,mixture releases oil on top.
5.Make some gashes to the boiled eggs,fry in a pan.Sprinkle some salt,red chilli powder and fry for a minute once done transfer into gravy and serve hot.
