Senagapappu Paalu Dosa

Ingredients:

1.Chana dal
2.Rice
3.Jaggery
4.Sugar
5.Milk
6.Cardamom
7.Coconut
8.Carrot
9.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Soak equal quantities of chana dal,rice for 8 hours and blend into a fine paste.
2.Dissolve jaggery,sugar with milk as required,keep stirring till jaggery melts evenly.
3.Take a bowl add chana dal paste,carrot grated,coconut grated,cardamom powder a pinch,milk,jaggery mixture and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
4.Heat a non stick tawa or pan,drizzle some ghee,pour the batter in circular and prepare dosas.Cook on both sides evenly and serve hot.
