Tandoori Chicken


2.Salt to taste
3.Red chilli powder
4.Ginger paste
5.Garlic paste
6.Lemon juice
7.Curd (Hung curd)
8.Garam masala powder
9.Black salt
10.Mustard oil


1.Make some gashes or slits to chicken pieces and set aside.
2.Now marinate chicken with some salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice and mix well evenly and keep aside for 15-20 min.
3.Take a bowl add hung curd (yogurt) for seasoning add salt,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,black salt,mustard oil and whisk it well.
4.Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in curd mixture and rub it well through gashes,set aside for 25-30 min or 1 hour.
5.Preheat the gas oven for 5-8 min before,place the marinated chicken pieces in oven and cook for 15-18 min.
6.After done bast it with some butter or oil,cover and cook for another 5 min till nice colour.Serve hot.
