1.Take a bowl add cleaned prawns,for seasoning add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly. 2.Keep aside the mixture,now fry the drum stick leaves till crisp and transfer into a bowl. 3.In the same pan add marinated prawns and cook on medium heat.Stir fry for 2 minutes till water evaporates. 4.Once done add fried drum stick leaves and fry for few minutes. 5.Add tamarind juice and cook by covering a lid.Cook till oil floats on top.Serve hot.
