Chicken Dal Pakoda


1.Chicken breast pieces
2.Chana dal
3.Urad dal
4.Moong dal
5.Lemon juice
6.Red chilli powder
7.Salt to taste
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Coriander powder
10.Cumin powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Garam masala powder
13.Oil for frying
14.Rice flour


1.Marinate chicken with lemon juice,red chilli powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and mix well.Set aside for 15-20 min.
2.Combine all the 3 dals into a blender jar and blend into a fine paste by adding some water as required.
3.Now add coriander powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,salt and mix well with paste.
4.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,now spread some rice flour in a plate,coat the marinated chicken pieces with rice flour.
5.Drop the chicken pieces in dal mixture and coat well,drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.Transfer onto a paper napkin and remove excess oil,serve hot.
