Gobi Butter Masala

Ingredients:

1.Cauliflower
2.Cinnamon
3.Cloves
4.Cardamom
5.Butter
6.Onions
7.Cashew nuts
8.Salt to taste
9.Ginger garlic paste
10.Red chillies
11.Tomatoes
12.Green chillies
13.Sugar
14.Kasoori methi
15.Corn flour
16.Maida
17.Cumin powder
18.Coriander powder
19.Crushed pepper

Preparation:

1.Heat some butter in a pressure pan,meanwhile tie some garam masalas (cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,bay leaf) in a piece of cloth and keep aside in pressure pan.
2.Add onions,cashew nuts and saute till transparent.Add salt,ginger grlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
3.Add green chillies,red chillies,tomatoes and mix well,cover and pressure cook for 15-20 min.
4.Drain with help of strainer and blend into a fine paste,keep aside the drained water in a separate bowl.
5.Once done transfer into a pan,add some sugar,crush some kasoori methi and mix well.
6.Take a plate add some corn flour,maida,crushed pepper,cumin,coriander powder,salt and mix well with some water,prepare a thick paste.
7.Coat well the cauliflower florets in paste and shallow fry,after  frying drop them in makhani gravy and cook for few minutes till its completely coated wit gravy.
8.Finally add fresh cream and mix well and serve hot.
