Ingredients:

1.Rice
2.Toor dal
3.Chana dal
4.Dried red chillies
5.Curry leaves
6.Hing
7.Salt to taste
8.Onions
9.Coriander leaves
10.Pepper crushed
11.Cumin seeds
12.Coconut grated
13.Ginger chopped

Preparation:

1.Wash toor dal,rice,chana dal,red chillies,curry and soak for 2 hours,afterwards blend into a thick paste.
2.Now add salt,hing,coriander leaves,crushed pepper,ginger,cumin seeds,coconut grated and mix well along with the mixture.
3.Heat a tawa and drop the mixture with a spoon on tawa,make a hole in the middle and drizzle some oil all over.
4.Cover and cook for 2-2 1/2 min on both sides till nice golden brown colour and serve hot.
